TERMS OF CANCELLATION

Point 1) a) If the cancellation of the reservation occurs up to 30 days before Check-in, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of monies paid, excluding bank costs (transfer); b) If the cancellation of the reservation takes place up to the 15th day before Check-in you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of monies paid, excluding bank charges and and for the first day of accommodation; c) If the cancellation of the reservation takes place 14 days before the Check-in, you will not be entitled to any refund. Point 2) WHEN THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO BOOK, THEY MUST FILL IN THE FORM WHERE YOUR GENERALITIES ARE PROVIDED. YOU MUST ALSO ENTER THE: TAX CODE if Italian PASSPORT NUMBER, DATE AND PLACE OF ISSUE if foreign Point 3) CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS a) The Reservation is considered confirmed upon payment of 50% of the amount total as down payment equal to: b) The balance must be paid within 30 days of the Check-in date.
